Pope Francis Encyclical Letter "On Care For Our Common Home"

A Quote from the letter says "The climate is a common good, belonging to all and meant for all. At the global level, it is a complex system linked to many of the essential conditions of human life."....
"Humanity is called to recognize the need for changes in lifestyle, production, and consumption in order to combat this warming or at least the human causes which produce or aggravate it."

To be a well informed public about the climate change issue I urge you to read this letter. It is a beginning of understanding. We live on one planet. All of us share the same air. Why would we want to damage that which belong to all of us. I was asked by a reporter a question. So you think climate change is an important issue. I said climate change is the only issue. All other issues, political, economic, social, are by definition connected to climate change. Our very existence is completely dependent on solving the crisis of climate change. In the following posts over the next several weeks, I will explain why climate change is the most important issue that we face as a species on this planet.
